What are we looking for?
We are looking for the best candidate to help us grow to the next level in Central Oregon. This is a feet-on-the street role. The person best suited for this role is one who treats every customer and prospect interaction as if it is the most important part of both of their day. That means that this person needs to be a self-starter, a person of character, able to gel well with our company’s culture, and able to deliver on the expectations of the position.
Initially, there will be a great deal of training involved. We want this person to understand the solutions they represent and our ability to deliver. The person in this role ultimate will be responsible for:
• Generating leads for new business (from cold calling to collaborating with Leadership on marketing programs, and participating in community networking events to draw prospects in)
• The full Sales Cycle from Discovery, to Needs Analysis, to Proposal, Close, and Implementation
• Building a Pipeline of business sufficient to achieve Sales and Company Goals/Targets
• Closing smart business (consistent with Nine Peaks objectives and practices)
What should you come with? – The basics
• Comprehension of Information Technology and the ability to learn
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• Sales experience (at least a year of customer-facing B2B sales)
• Ability to pass a background and drug check
• Have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

• B2B Solution selling experience for which you can offer evidence of your success in reaching or exceeding goals or quotas

• A desire to make a very good living and the staying power to see that through
